WHY WE LIKE IT

The Macerato in bag in box, a style of wine that has been going strong recently, but which we interpret as 'the white of the past'. To drink while dining, at the table, with Piedmontese mixed fried food, with bread and salami in the vineyard, with a Roccaverano tometta and Turin breadsticks, with patatas bravas dipped in mayonnaise and ajioli and with scrambled egg.
