Terms of sale
- No minimum purchase, multiples of 4 pieces per reference are recommended.
- Payment method: advance payment via bank transfer. The order is considered confirmed only after payment has been received*.
- Free shipping on orders over 300€, otherwise 15€ for orders up to 150€ and 20€ for orders over 150€ but under 300€.
- Shipping times: orders confirmed by 11am are shipped the same day and delivered by express courier within 24-72 hours** and 6-24 hours in Milan (deliveries on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 2pm and 5pm with phone contact and within the external ring only)
*If a product with low availability is out of stock by the time you pay, an alternative will be promptly offered to minimize the inconvenience.
** Subject to unforeseen circumstances and courier delays beyond our control or foreseeable. Any extras (tailgate, delivery by appointment, etc.) must be requested in advance and, if necessary, quoted separately.
