A pure Chardonnay with roots in Piedmont, in the Monferrato Astigiano and the ambition to meet the entire world. French clones, characterized by small and compact bunches with a more greenish color compared to the bright yellow of the Californian ones. Soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts of only clear must. Rests at least 6 months in steel vats in contact with the fine lees.

Chardonnay is a label that belongs to the Sfusobuono Gastronomico line, which aims to valorise the most representatives pure grape varieties of the italian scene. A graceful and joyfull white, vinified only in steel tanks with spontaneous fermentation. Clean and charmy, everyone likes it and would like an extra glass It is supported by an excellent acidity and enhanced by floral and citrus aromas.
